8oz of your fave gluten free pasta shapes
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts chopped into bite sizes
one container grape tomatoes
half a red pepper cut into strips
one head broccoli chopped into bite sizes
half to one quarter head cauliflower chopped
one small container pesto from your stores refriegereated section
1/2 cup coarsley shredded parmesan cheese(i used the regular sized grater for cheddar on my parm this time)
boil pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.
cook chicken in large skillet with a bit of olive oil til near done, add all veggies except tomatoes. cook til veggies are aldente, chicken will now be done.
toss in parm, pesto, and tomatoes, mix well. Add pasta mix well again. Serve!
