Now Im not one to cook out of abox on a regular basis but I do get my kids the occasional box of Annies gf mac and cheese. And esp at the end of the month when the food budget is tighter I add things to it to make a more filling meal. Here is what I did tonight.
One Box Annies GF mac, cook noodles to pkg dierections
one pound ground beef, cooked and drained
one pkt gf taco seasoning
3/4 cup water
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
small bag frozen corn cook in water with noodles
small bag frozen green beans cook in water with noodles
one can diced tomatoes
add water amd taco seasoning to meat in skillet bring to boil reduce heat and simmer five min, add in cheese sauce pkt, cheese, canned tomatoes stir til combined.
drain noodles and veggies mix into beef mixture and serve!
